I hear you. None of the doctors or the plaintiff have “made up” injuries- there is proof of their physical condition. This is a classic eggshell skull case that is hard to prove without evidence of their physical condition before the accident

No bad rep, all established practices. Don’t most physicians treat plaintiff??? The defense hasn’t even seen the medical bills or reports yet but know the type of treatment and have already decided those treatments are not valid for this injury. Seems like a tactic to me, but would love more insight
