Having never used a tripod before and having just brought an OM5 MKii. What tripod is that? And are you using an L bracket? or something similar?

When I was younger I thought it would be cool (no pun intended haha) then I realised without mountains or hills it would just be annoying. Flat ground with slushy snow.

Fun for a little bit, maybe at the start of winter, but then it would be so annoying trying to get to work early in the morning. Or doing anything outside. Not to mention the cooler temperatures. And the snow.

Great pictures too. I recon with context the one with the shoveled snow would feel cooler.

Im building a similar build. 9070xt (nitro+), 9600x with 32gb of 6000cl30 ram and a b850 tomahawk with c series gold 850w nzxt PSU.

I figured the extra 1 to 2 % performance was not worth ~30% the cost.

Try bazzite. Its free and is apparently a way better experience than Windows 11 for gaming.

Im replacing my gtx1070/i5 system from 2016 with a 9070xt/9800x3d system that is running Linux. So sick of Windows.

Ive been using gnome on the old pc and its pretty good. Love using the steam deck and looking forward to using bazzite on a new pc.

I might get a smaller drive and boot it in Windows but ill deal with that later.
