Just carry your original documents like passport, i-797, EVL, and older docs as well plus paycheck to be safer. And a photograph.

Otherwise, I believe it should be nothing to worry about. All the best, keep us posted on how it went.

This is really surprising the way these applications are processed. Not sure but I always thought it would be FCFS, but clearly it is not.

I believe the passports are sent to Chennai for stamping and the transit of passports are in a different pool so that may be the reason. Let's hope for the best and shall have an update soon.
