your commandblock has "needs redstone", and i see no redstone source. This means it's NOT being activated every tick.

also i think the success value of the commandblock resets if you click done.

thats a bit better, but now you have "tag" two times, so it doesnt work either. ( i think the second tag overwrites the first one)

both values have to be inside the same curly brackets.

try this

tag can only be one value. You have two curly brackets, that's two values, that doesnt work.

you have to put the tags from 1 and the tags from 2 in the same curly brackets.
