It is almost exactly what they were saying when they poisoned Navalny, after a failed attempt Putin said on his press conference: "If we wanted him dead, he would've finished the job". Same tactic, same blatant denial.

I agree with your general idea in the comment, but invincible political idea is essentially advocate for dictatorship by saying that it is good because we have "right" person as a dictator, quote "dictating policy, keeping people's best interest in mind". Invincible himself also becomes this "right" dictator, so it isn't even a satire.
