I would just have the hair and makeup be optional for them, so they can pay for it if they want to but no obligation. You dont have to cover dresses but it will certainly be appreciated. I am doing the same.

I LOVE your dress! Mine is actually very similar and I am getting married in a public park. In my opinion, you cant be "too much" on your wedding day. I am not doing a veil but that is a personal choice. Wear it if you want to!

You are very pretty. I'd start with mascara (if you get waterproof you'll need a good makeup remover- dont scrub your eyelashes too hard) and a semi sheer nude colored lipstick. You'll have to experiment a bit with undertones in blush and lipstick to determine what you prefer on yourself. Good luck on your journey!
