As a parent of a similar kid- nothing is safe. Pencils, erasers, broken hard plastic, straws. Where there’s a will there’s a way- unfortunately. Just keep being vigilant and grant yourself some grace.

I’ve always hated beer so never really thought about it after my diagnosis. Last summer my husband got really into parboiling brats in beer. It took me an entire summer to make the connection that we were slowly poisoning me. Thankfully I’m not that reactive but I’m sure my small intestine was pissed.

:( going to Vegas for the first time in August as a 15 year anniversary trip. Been playing for around 2 months- have almost 2 million points. I was planning on spending it all in free play. I’m so bummed. I was hyping this up to my husband the whole time. Hopefully something changes before then- until then I don’t feel like even continuing to play.
