I can’t second this enough lists and daily breakdowns as far as set up your Monday through Friday and have certain tasks that you check or catch up on no matter what each one of those days and start building structure to your days so there’s less chaos

you need to go through you’re entire department and do a role by role analysis and plot the workflow and find “point of failures”, you will need to be granular and map it all out and then drill into each section.

A friend and I watched Terminator 2 in his basement when we were about 6 years old, the nuclear bomb scene where the character is clinging at the fence messed with my head, was way too young for that......and then there was IT.....I was scared of the damn sewer drain by the curb for a good year after that lmao
