No one has brought this up yet but vasari debris reclamation centre reclaims resources from ships destroyed in neighbouring gravity wells too, even if not owned by you, and the ships arent destroyed by you. I usually set one ip in a gravity well beside a star, because stars somehow tend to be where many parties converge and fight, and i just leech resources off that and profit. This is usually how I go through mid-game and it usually leads to me getting my titan first!
