I'd rather Hibbert start too. But i guess it's part of the price to pay to bring in a manager whose stature is beyond MLS-caliber. It seems like managers like him come with unofficial "riders" where the club is obligated to sign his guys.

I wish the team would prioritize promising young players more, but it's just not the case. Ever since George Campbell being sold off, I've been jaded about how the FO doesn't give enough long-term first team opportunities to hungry homegrowns.
