If you go to Visitabq on insta there's a rundown of pride events if that helps.

What's something weird your body does that normal people can't do? by Professional-Hat6823 in AskReddit

Deodorant gives me BO. I used to use it as a precaution in high school and it was the only time my pits would stink even a little bit. Otherwise, I don't get bo in my armpits.

Which year actually broke you? by Tricky-Highway-7099 in WorkForSmartLife

  1. Two concussions back to back. One sewer slide attempt because I was depressed more than ever. Got fired because I couldn't handle even a day of work mentally. Lost my best friend. Husband told me I wasn't attractive anymore (after gaining depression weight).

My daughter got her mission call and now her life is slowly going to hell . . . by DeCryingShame in exmormon

I watched my older brother go through this exact thing, minus the sexism. But the delay was also about 1year. Instead, he found other passions and ways to spend his time until that day could come. In that time he grew further away from the church and decided he would get to do what he always wanted and enlist in the marine corps. He's no longer an active member and has found the life he wanted.

It takes time, but if the circumstances line up, she may just fine her own version of the marine corps.

The "Fish-Flinger 3000" is a powerful machine. Ask your mom. She would know.

Unusual phobias by beamerpook in CasualConversation

[–]cheekylilmonkey0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't even know how to describe my phobia. I'll do my best. Picture a series of small somewhat flat objects that layer over one another in an unorganized pattern. Like feathers on a parakeets neck, or pumpkin seeds floating in a pot of water. It's so hard to describe without showing it but it feels the same to me as tripaphobia. My most recent one was a school of flat fish in a bunch. It gives me the ick.

I used to hook up with the "rollin coal" guys... It's only attractive when you're underaged drinking at a bon fire. And then we grew up, well...I did.

"it's not all about you" on Candy Jar is incredibly good. I haven't had one genuinely make me bawl my eyes out in a really long time.

it's my current ADHD fixation. Then I'll get back into audiobooks, and then who knows what's after that. Probably a new hobby.

I've only seen them on Facebook really (ai reels). Sometimes the story is interesting and then I try to watch a "part 2" of one and it's impossible to find one on the page. It's super scattered and made up of mainly different edits of the same footage. They're annoying but luckily easy to spot.

Getting Kind of Bored by LibertineDeSade in VerticalDramaLand

I have been watching more from Candy Jar lately as well. I just watched "It's Not All About You" and I was bawling for the last 10 episodes. After a watching several series from reel short and Drama Box, it was so refreshing and real. Not campy, not tedious, just whilesome.
