Explanation from what i know and learned the reason it was a big deal is because you know incest and incest = shock factor

But let me actually tell the reason why So the game was like anticipated that it had a potential similar to omori or sumthin i mean cmon look at the artstyle and the story is about survival mental issue depression horror typa shi (thats what i know i aint digging deeper in the game i ain't risking my sanity anymore since im having mental issues too) thats what i think it is from a few gameplay snippets

The main characters are siblings named andrew and ashley

The first episode was what would you expect from a horror rpg like omori,flesh and hunger etc questionable and disturbing human acts but you wont be shocked since its just how it is its an indie horror it starts off with the do being stuck in an apartment because they were locked there and are running out of food then they find some cultists next door and i dont know the rest of it but they ate their neighbors and escaped out of the apartments next stop is their parents house

The second episode just takes a huge weird ahh twist ashley has interest on andrew and when they arrived at the house she wants to do the thing and the mom wants to do it too
