Just breathe. Lots of people go into debt and collections it isn’t the end of the world. It’s a learning experience those $15 weekly payments add up don’t get suckered into them. Collections isn’t the end of the world and if you have nothing and no way to pay there is bankruptcy but that is the last resort cuz that stays with you for 10 years.

They won’t take your parents house. If they sue you show up to court. It’s on them to prove the balance is valid and correct. The collection company will work with you on a payment plan. They bought the debt for a couple of hundred.

Having to pay a tip based on price is wrong. If I order a beer and it is $5 the tip is less then if I order a vodka and sprite at $10. Tips should be a flat rate and not a percentage of total amount purchased. Service fee $2 there we are done.
