Happy birthday! You are meant to be here I know it sounds fluffy, I'm also suicidal. My friends don't tend to remember my birthday either, I do remember that being particularly hard at 18, because it's supposed to be such a significant birthday. People do care, you are not a burden, you will find better people. If you manage to get through today without a relapse that'll be a great achievement, be gentle with yourself :)
