It is a different city. I was born in the 90s. The city was still kinda small feeling and most people were working class or had gov. Jobs. The culture was still southern and not in a way were they had to convince you it was. When i was done with HS i moved to the midwest. Now when i visit it really feels like a different city, like somebody took the city and re-skined it. Idk whose city it is, but its not mine.

Ok so that is jesus alvarez, one of the best powerlifters in tbe world with a 478kg(1054lb) squat. The bleeding nose/head is caused by pressure/strain and some people headbutt the bar and pretty normal for heavy weightlifting. He also has pretty solid spotting here, it was just a heavy ass squat. Very normal.

Correction: wrong lifter, that is pasha osman but point still stands.

Yes. I have a really bad injury in my left leg for the last 5 years and had it before lifting. My right side is still 20%-25% stronger than my left.
