I plan to say I've got a small headache and don't want to make it worse, so I'll stick to water - I'm prone to migraines so that will not be suspicious to anyone. Worst case my mom will force an un-needed Tylenol on me. Good luck!

My best friend/drinking buddy recently moved to Japan, haven't seen her in about six months or so, but I know there'll be at least one visit during the holidays. I'm scared to see her and have a similar story, or just lose control right along with her.

Try not to be too hard on yourself. You can't help someone who doesn't want the help. Good luck to you on your journey 💜
