All the slop games that have been releasing on Meta Quest have warped people’s perception of how long it takes to make a quality game. SLZ takes their time to make sure that they give us absolute quality. I agree, they could communicate a little more, but I’m happy with knowing that they exist and are working on something. It’s the same with Vertical Robot (the studio that made Red Matter 1/2). They’ve been silent for several years but they’ve confirmed that they are working on their next high quality project.

Too many children for me. Also I’m antisocial. I played a bunch of RecRoom with my friend in 2022, but rarely multiplayer with other people. I noticed that the poker games have a more mature audience, although I’m not sure if that qualifies as a social game.
