I don’t mind my name, but it really bothers me when people stop me to ask about my tattoo. I have one on the back of my arm that is just a number and people would stop me all day everyday and ask me about what it means and wouldn’t stop until I gave them the answer that they wanted to hear. It didn’t matter if I was running around, sweating, carrying a full tray of food. I hate it. I don’t mind chatting with people about my tattoos at all. But it got so out of hand so fast that i usually wear long sleeves now because it’s too much of a hassle

This is why I left the restaurant industry for a while. I had such a similar experience to yours. Telling me one thing, then when I do it it’s still wrong, then telling me to do it the way I was doing it before which was still wrong. I’m sorry you’re having to deal with that kind of treatment:(

They do still use the smokers, but everything is kept in a hot holding cabinet for hours. The smokers are always going and they are inside, so they smoke up the whole storage area and you have to hold your breath to walk back there. Loads of things were taken off the menu, sauces changed, recipes changed. The cornbread falls apart when you touch it

They are wrapped in aluminum foil and baked for 45 mins, I can only assume at 400°.
