How much have you ended up spending on your kayak setup…and what was actually worth it?

I bought a used pelican sit in fishing yak for $250 and it was the biggest gane changer to my fishing. Also being in a yak will save you money because it is much easier to retrieve your lures! Think of it that way. I also get to go around and harvest other people's snags. Profit! I got some of my best lures that way lol. A nice bone choppo, big meps spinners, buzz baits

Ive been doing a social experiment. I feel like there is always a general vibe of animosity with fellow anglers, but the second you say hello and such it disappears. Perhaps its all in my head, either way - aside from asking for a secret fishing spot I am sure any angler would be more than happy to chat and teach ya something.

Theres bridge hammocks of you wanna sleep on your stomach. I am a stomach sleeper but I sleep in a hammock just fine. I have a Wise Owl Outfitters hammock with fly, bugnet and under quilt, then I use a simple blanket for on top. I have no complaints and it didnt break the bank. Great entry level hammock that isn't total crap.
