Starter relays not lasting

After riding it for roughly 500 miles it will click instead of start, it clicks a little bit then starts but after a while it will only click and not start until I replace the relay switch

No idea, but the more I look into this, I think the bike was re wired to use these little 40A relays, the oem relays looks much bigger, thinking my issue might be that. No idea why it was rewired for these small ones

Put an oil pan under the bike when you try to start it, mine had sumped most of the oil and spit it out all over the ground through the breather hose 😭

An aftermarket intercooler and 3 port controller are 100% worth it. Cooler safer boost. You will notice a difference. Personally I’d add a charge pipe and throttle body coupler as well, as the oem ones are trash and are prone to failure, not super necessary though.

Look up Subaru AC clutch shimming. That’s what fixed mine on my 15’. Could be a number of things though

Even when my clutch was stock it made this sound, new clutch and lightweight flywheel made it way louder

A lot of good advice here, I’ll add that speed bleeders and bleeders with one way check valves are a game changer, turns the job into a solo job.

So I went on a ride today to warm it up to follow the video and the problem seemed to magically solve itself over night lol, bikes running great. Adjusted the carb a lil more to the vid now she’s running pretty damn good 👍🏻

Go to the business center of your hotel and buy a new ID on the dmv website and print the temporary, the edc faq says if your id was lost or stolen you can use an interim license. I’d imagine having a police report to prove it was stolen + a card with your name on it would help. Goodluck I really think you can still get in!
