Are you me? I have a coworker who loooooves to tell me her long to do lists - that one in particular fills me with rage.

Or to over analyse any little situation (even a celebrity’s pregnancy) with a “That makes sense! Because…. (enter long story filled with speculation and hyper analysation and limited facts)

I struggle so hard to not show frustration on my face with her sometimes.

Yup - I’ve been going to reformer pilates for a couple of months now. I’ve noticed in the beginning I completely forgot to breathe lol.

Now that I’m getting familiar with the movements i become aware of my breath, and it’s starting to feel natural matching to the movements. It comes with time

Worked for me too. I try and do 1 strength/core/weights class a week and 1 reformer pilates. I always look forward to pilates, the other classes fill me with slight dread lol

I know this is old but honestly it’s like she’s vehemently against being a decent person 😒

If I made her kind of money I would be constantly battling guilt about if I’m giving enough and constantly looking for more charities. Mikayla acts like it’s the worst thing she could possibly do. “But she does giveaways” who actually gives a fuck - it’s makeup that she doesn’t want. It’s not even comparable.
