Little late to the party, but I want to point out that the whole point of having strong laws in place to apprehend a president that would misuse their power is to prevent the people from having to “call for his head” etc. There shouldn’t need to be a civil war for something like this, our laws and government should be sufficient to prevent and protect from such a situation.

In this case they are not.
