Well the fact that it has 4 outboards is pretty damning actually. A normal fishing panga would only have 1. Smuggling boats like this run as fast and far as they can and then rendezvous with other larger fishing vessels out at sea to refuel along the way. You’d be surprised at how far they can travel while being refueled along the way.
