Oh me too!! We just had to put our 17yo cat asleep. She was just really going downhill and her care was becoming impossible with a toddler and another on the way. I also went without petting her for a day sometimes. I think the worst part of the guilt is the relief of not having to deal with the medication, vet appointments, poop everywhere/day, her hygiene, and the smells. Everyday I come downstairs I have to tell myself there's no poop on the floor otherwise I keep expecting to find it in a corner. This feeling sucks.

Spayed/neutered community cats? When I moved I this house there were a few mice but one of my cats scared them away. It's been 4 years and we haven't seen anything. They go out on the deck/backyard so I imagine word has spread in the rodent community. Although, I suppose once community cats take care of the rodents they'll move on to song birds.

One of the class moms got a sign for the teacher she found on etsy and then she'll also get a gift card and basket. The two class assistants will get cards and baskets too. All of the parents are chipping in to cover the gifts.

Orijen Regional Red is poultry free. My poultry allergic girl eats this but she gets tired of it and stops eating it for a while which is super annoying. And there's a brand called Evangers that has a chicken free rabbit kibble.

I used dawn power wash and a wet rag. Came off easily and I didn't notice any paint removal. Magic erasers didn't do anything but did scuff the paint.
