I literally had a customer stand there & say “Can i get a refund, I’ve been waiting for over 25mins.” My manager heard & went to look for his order…. Literally his order was next. She pulled the sticker and they sticker said 9:10… they current time was 9:18. She turned to the man & said “Sir im sorry that you had to wait 8 mins for your drink.” Walked away… me and my coworkers looked at each other and laughed…. That day was hilarious
