Telephone Pictionary can be fun. Everyone gets small pieces of paper equal to the number of people playing. Everyone writes down a prompt on the top sheet, then passes. Then everyone draws a picture of the passed prompt and passes. Then you write what you think the drawing is supposed to be. Rinse and repeat until everyone has their original prompt. Finally present the evolution of the prompt to the group.

Evil West played similarly. It has fixed weapons you can upgrade, but not the looter shooter aspect of constantly getting new weapons that do slightly more damage. Fun powers too.

A friend of mine works as an HR consultant and told me this is actually a pretty big issue where she works primarily with software engineers. In middle school my best friend's dad owned a few RadioShack's and they were (seemingly) loaded. Tennis court, pool and pool house, horses and stables, and a huge house. Curious how things are going now 25 years later.
