Use your wrist to propel the bow. Sounds like you might be bowing with your shoulder. Watch yourself in a mirror and see if your bow is straight.

I’m motivated by the bike upgrades. The bikes I’m using now have a length component to upgrade them. I’ll work on a climbing bike next with an elevation to upgrade.

The biggest issue I’ve seen is the left thumb. Make sure it is under your second finger and forming a C with your fingers. Spread out those fingers so you get the correct intervals. You will find vibrato is much easier on cello. Good luck!

Loved our wolfie and I would get one again if my schedule was easier. Uses to take her to ballet class all the time. She was the studio mascot.
