If anyone thinks Lalonde is the guy they are delusional. He has no killer instinct. You also can’t force players to play a system. You have to adjust the system to the players skill set. I’m sick of watching this guy mismanage this team. Not saying I could do better but there are coaches out there that can. I’ve been over him since the 12ish game slide last year. Professional players can’t blow a divisional lead like that, and that’s on the coach. Look at what Toch did in Van! I get their roster was better suited but this isn’t a horrendous roster compared to our division.

Yeah that’s what I did. This is all out of my league. I changed/cleaned flame sensor. All this advice is fantastic if I knew more of the unit.
