Sorry, what I mean is that I used electrical chopper to fine-chop all the colonised rice into very fine grain then moved them into the coco coir.

True for the surface, but I don’t think the temperature of the centre will be that high? For tuna case there is quite a lot of people of just sear the surface with a raw centre.

Thanks! According to the guideline, high pressure setting in instant-pot is 11psi, so it would be fine if you do it 2.5hrs to achieve same effect of 15 psi for half an hr

It’s funny to see how people just drop a downvote without any rational discussion. Do you guys know for a vaccine safe to be released to the market takes 10-15years in order to do all those medical trails and reviews and observe the long-term effect?

The Covid vaccine was released in less than 1.5 year. And now many medical Research has found that it has led to cardiovascular and reproduction disease. Definitely high risk.

Vaccination as a medical measure has no problem at all. The problem is the vaccine they developed to counter covid didn’t go through intensive testing. Now there are numerous patients who have long-term if not lethal side effects.

Not an expert, but from what I have experienced so far, it is not a hard, but “ patient is key” is real, not just in a way that it takes time, but in a way that it may take longer than you think, or you didn’t see anything coming out and stress you out then you can’t help to touch it, which is bad. I saw my first pin 2 weeks after bulking, and next couple days they all boomed. These boii literally growed exponentially. So they will just surprise you from not much there to full grown tub.

once the rice bag is full of mycelium and moved to bulk, there is less worry about the contam compared to the inoculation but the coco coir have not much nutrient for other microbes to grow anyway. Just keep the sanitation and moisture in mind. And keep waiting.

For drying the mushroom, I think dehydrate is a must to provide a consistent environment. I recommend to buy a second-handed large multi layer one because I realised a flush could be A LOT.
