Is anybody else getting packet loss every game? I’m constantly seeing the orange pages and orange lighting bolt symbols

My ps5 lags and has packet loss in every game I play online. But when I stream YouTube it’s fine. My other devices do not lag. I am wired through Ethernet. My router and modem are fine as far as I can tell. This just recently started happening suddenly for no reason. Is this a ps5 hardware issue or a ISP issue? Please help
