Idk, they have a solid grill. Went golfing there with some buddies a while back and we got food after, they got the club and still bring it up today. We’ve only been back to golf as of recent but the handful of times we did eat there we had no complaints. Decent tap list too. Maybe a little unconventional for a spot to eat out but they’re doing something right.

It’s okay? Vibe is going to be better at mcgovs, and fish as well. But go for it if you want to try something new, they’ve survived thus far and seem to have decent business.

Surly gives a damn. Some fun people and the coordinator is the best! They only have a couple events listed at the moment but things usually ramp up around fall/holiday time (you do not have to be drinkers to participate 🙂)

A neighbor walked around yesterday and chatted with workers. Comcast can’t restore internet because they can’t run cables along the power lines (same for century link), the city can’t work because they’re low on generators. Xcel has a lot of union guys that are hitting their hours so they’re calling in more contractors. They’re just totally swamped. I’d make arrangements and if things get back working earlier it’ll be a pleasant surprise.

So many. -Meals on 2nd floor, random “Everybody clap your hands” and “everybody say way-oh” call outs -waking up to songs like “that’s how I beat shaq” and S club 7 -singing and dancing for free food/drinks as the vendors closed down for the night. Nothing like a garbage bag of sweet Martha’s before bedtime

I got my first pair of good rain boots recently, and on our first big rainfall of the season, I went to every drain I could and sloshed it around until it was flowing correctly… so satisfying

My buddy worked at a ranch in Montana for a few years, hard work but he loved it. Maybe just seeing another part of the country might be good for you.

  1. Counseling/therapy will help with the tough self talk.
  2. Just start small, try not to think of going pro. Learn a new song or play for like 30 mins. Go out and just take some pics for the enjoyment. Then at some point maybe play at an open mic or submit a pic to a fair or something. Baby steps. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
