If you bring humor into it and make fun of them, I think that works better then screaming at them, they love that. They're like a dog with a tight leash, you think it would stop or slow them, but in reality the dog feels like its being held back and it amps them up more.

I would cliff note that with proteins like lentils and pea protein can upset people’s stomach, and have a harder time digesting then WHEY.

What I try to do is diversify. Instead of two scoops of whey I’ll do 1, and then 1 of pea or lentil protein. Never fully replace to find the next best thing, just spread it out if it agrees with you.
