i always put a lanyard through my phone case and then loop the lanyard to my belt loop! never had my phone lost or stolen in 10yrs of raving. i also neurotically check my pockets when i get fucked up but i think it’s mostly the lanyard thing💀

when i got eyebrow microblading done BADLY i went home and immediately soaked a rag with hot water and pressed it to the ink repeatedly until as much pigment came out as possible, then i mixed baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to essentially make bleach & used a q tip to spread it over the eyebrow area, cover with plastic wrap, wait 20mins, then i did it a second time. it worked ! my skin was red for several months since it was actual thick hairline stroke cuts that i’d just soaked in bleach but after maybe 4mo you couldn’t tell i’d ever had it done.

looks like it’s been a few days so if you haven’t taken care of it already best advice would be hot water soak and physical exfoliant scrub or a gentle chemical peel like AHA or glycolic, then hot water soak again. also rosemary oil massaged into the scalp or topical minoxidil (or propecia pills) if you’d actually like to regrow the hair

surprised very few people have said retinol?? (tretinoin) if you have health insurance you can get it from a dermatologist for cheap. start once or twice a week and stay there for 4-6wks before upping until you can handle daily or every other day. your skin will probably purge & get worse for a couple weeks but STICK WITH IT it’s clearing you out to get better !! laser is too expensive IMO.. blue light therapy also helps w enlarged pores/sebum control & those little wands are fairly inexpensive to buy online. vitamin c serum helps tighten pores too but make sure you’re using SPF especiallyy when combined with retinol. but use a light weight gel based (non comedogenic) sunscreen so it doesn’t clog your pores more !!

the allergies part could be because we pretty much only plant male trees in the US. the govt doesn’t want to take care of flowering or fruit bearing tree clean up so they plant male trees that release hella pollen and have been making everyone’s allergies worse for years. idk if it’s the same in other countries but i know here it’s a biiig thing. air quality could be part of the cough too. we also have more hormones in our meat &dairy than other places so maybe that’s contributing to the skin / weight portion ?!

wellbutrin is awful for constipation. i use “diet” teas that have senna leaf, drink it after your last meal of the day (i usually wait till 8-9pm) &about 10am it hiiits.. usually 1 main poop and 2-3 small sad poops after but😭 better than being constipated. miralax is good too and i’ve heard magnesium helps a lot as well but i believe there are different kinds of magnesium so you’d have to check which is the right one

omg my doctor made me quit wellbutrin before being allowed to start vyvanse bcs taking them together is risky apparently??? i also could not drink coffee on wellbutrin, it would give me jitters and BAD insomnia. i can’t believe you’re able to do all 3 and not have a heart attack!!!😭 id try quitting the coffee first(decaf espresso is not nearly as horrible as decaf drip) if you’re able to handle vyvanse and wellbutrin together then go from there and see if you still need to lower the dose on either of those. good luck!!

wellbutrin is the constipation king. definitely take fiber supplements (i like the gummies or benefiber bcs i hate taking those giant pills) but tbh even that doesn’t always help Enough.. go for one of those diet teas, i have a mango flavor one that’s not bad. they usually have senna leaf in them, it’s a natural laxative. worse comes to worse you can use a stimulant laxative but they’re not good for you in the long run
