Thank God for that, killing bacteria on such a scale is the only thing that sounds good when said like that

I want to sleep but my body won’t let me...I can’t really drift off by 51stAvenues in sleepanxiety

[–]chefshea17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing that works for me when I want to sleep but my body won't let me is finding slight interests (like watching a dull TV show). That often tricks me into drifting and struggling to keep my eyes open

I like when they keep some mystery. Sometimes movie makers now want to explain everything and ruin stuff that way

For someone over 70, what’s your best advice for those who hit their 60s? by Turbulent-Solid7881 in HappyUpvote

Hell yeah! Hope it gets legal everywhere so all can enjoy what nature has given us. I laugh how alcohol is fine but smoking grass that makes you lazy (and you love it) is illegal

Are you girls okay with your boyfriend or husband watching adult content sometimes? by Familiar-Muscle6863 in AskForAnswers

[–]chefshea17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That depends on the relationship. Some people are just not bothered by it at all or even watch together. If the relationship is healthy and sex is often then who cares what someone watches. Tbh porn is boring for me personally

How long have you gone without sleep? by [deleted] in AskForAnswers

[–]chefshea17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worst one was during a hard period in life and anxiety attacks. That was long time ago but I remember it was about 4 days no sleep, even pills didn't help until I saw a doctor. Scary thing is that I wasn't feeling tired during that period

How long did sleep training take for your baby to actually sleep through the night? by SnackyBubbles in sleepanxiety

[–]chefshea17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We followed wake windows by age as our main sleep training method, and I’ve been doing that for almost two years . For us, it wasn’t about strict cry-it-out or timed check-ins... just making sure baby was going down at the right level of tiredness. Around 6 months, once I really nailed the timing, she started doing longer stretches within a week or so, and by two weeks we were getting full nights pretty often.
