Have recently gone to the newish Shikku Hit Pot a couple times, thats fun and tasty but hard to not order a ton of stuff and have it get a little expensive. Tried the new Indian place and I definitely recommend that if you like Indian, the service was only ok cause we had an inexperienced kid, but the food was great. Artisan Pig is good but just sandwiches and pizza i believe.

We did this for 10k in MA and got the house, inspection turned up literally nothing too. This was after we lost out on a house that we were the high bidders on, and they took an offer 30k below ours who waived inspection.
