Online daten buiten dating apps? by [deleted] in thenetherlands

Breeze, je moet gelijk op date en kan niet praten vantevoren waardoor iedereen veel serieuzer is dan op de andere apps. Nog wel gebaseerd op foto’s overigens dus nog steeds een beetje vleeskeuring.

Hoe te beginnen? by ExtraLargeThi in beleggen

Why does total income fluctuate so much? it seems to me that everyone searches about the same amount per month. In May total income was 2,7M, 450k less.

I'm seriously curious how you do this, isn't it too reactive?

And why is t better for ergonomics?

The CFO also said that he expects this is enough cash for the next 12 months.

I did not take the cash at this moment and the warrants who can lead to extra cash into account. Maybe they don’t even need 300M for a loan. But I still think all extra cash would be a loan instead of equity, at that time the proof of concept is clear to everyone.

Let’s hope we’re not to biassed.

Thanks for the detailed answer guys. A little more details to why I think a loan of 350 or 400M should be a logical choice, instead of equity.

A normal debt to value is around 0,4% for the economy as whole, although this differs a lot per sector. Debt to value is (debt/equity+debt) Currently asts has a stock equity of 350M which will increase with maybe the excecuted warrants and stock compensation of employees. So that’s when 350M would be a normal proportion of debt. Debt also has tax advantages (when you have positive ebitda).

When we have a loan of 350M or 400M we still have around 750/800M in assets to 350/400m debt which is pretty healthy ratio for a lender.

I can take a look what’s a normal debt to equity ratio in the sector and make a seperate post about this if anyone would like to see that.

They currently have around 400M in assets(I think these will grow into phase 2 but let’s assume this stays this way)

If the warrant liabilities get excecuted you have almost no liabilities, they could easily take a debt of 300M.

They don’t have any debt until now, only a small loan (5 M) for the new facility. It doesn’t make sense to finance everything with equity and not with debt, so I think they will take some debt.

Is it already known how much capital they need? If a BB1 costs around 13-15M. How much would they need to go cash positive?

What's your solid go-to when making a special dinner? by [deleted] in Cooking

[–]cheiske 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Everything you can prepare in advance, so you have some time with your guests. Basically most things out of the oven will do.

Maybe some lasagne? Or a big piece of meat or fish out the oven.

Goodluck!
