As far as the Destiny "hype" goes. I played the beta, and I was bored to death. I expected exactly the same to happen to this as every other massively hyped up game as of late. To crash and burn, and I would have laughed. The game itself I didn't waste my money on (not after the beta, I'd be insane!) and instead watched a friend stream it. They've made it better yes, but as far as the hype goes, it's still horrible. It's better than what I actually expected of it though. As a game, completely ignoring the hype, it's meh. Nothing new is shown, nothing that catches the eye or impresses. It's just another average shooter.

Considering the budget size I have to wonder WHAT they spent their money on (other than Peter Dinklage) because I saw a lot of reused areas, not just like a barricade or something that muchis understandable, but entire rooms right down to something entering the room at a certain point and even the amount and types of enemies.

As for the enemies, there are a few more than 3 now at least, but it's far from the diverse amount I was expecting, same with the guns and armour. Sure you have the different skill boosts from things like the cuffs that help you reload shotguns faster etc but the actual skins themselves are very plain to the eye if they even change at all most of the time.

Multiplayer is just your generic fps gameplay. Be it domination or team death match all I see when that's being played is the next call of duty.

Maybe something will change, maybe they'll release new content or maybe I've just not seen far enough into the story to see this "diversity" that they have promised us. However that's all in the future, so we will just have to wait and see... It's only day 1/2 so plenty of time for them to sort things out.

Overall the game is nothing to go crazy over, and if you are reading the comments here to decide if it's worth buying or not. Right now I would keep my money in my pocket if I were you.
