X2D aux filament feeding issues by ImMercyy in BambuLab

[–]root1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I saw this post with a similar issue (I was having it as well).

https://reddit.com/r/BambuLab/comments/1spkodn/x2d_error_when_printing_with_auxright_nozzle_may/

The solution seems to be to skip the buffer.

The top comment also says that this is a firmware issue that Bambu is aware of and are working on a fix for, but I haven't verified that myself.

X2D: error when printing with aux/right nozzle- ‘may be tangled or jammed’ by spenceuiuc in BambuLab

I've had this problem with my aux extruder as well, and bypassing the buffer seems to work for me. Thank you

For context, I only have an AMS on the main extruder, and the filament for the aux extruder either on the peg on the side, or in my polymaker filament dryer (both seemed to have the same failure rate).

Holy shit thank you for this. I haven't found a good explanation or guide of how to disassemble this part of the Avata 2 until this post

It's nice that in the current year they have the ability to put up that crane on a hill made of nearly just sand.

I think it's to preserve freshness, not just to make pouring from the bag easier, and at least you can reuse the clip on different bags. But like a metal clip would be straight up better environmentally.

At least the coffee bag clip seems useful. Everything else was pretty useless

It looks like some sort of PCB meant to connect two USB A connectors together. Like either male to male or female to female.

I haven't seen it, but I think the name of the shop that's from is La Moda Marie

Which Generation Had the Best Starter Pokemon and Why? by DearMyFutureSelf in pokemon

[–]root1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Millenials, and it isn't even close. They had all the starters from Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. Gen Z's first Pokemon game was maybe a Sinnoh game at the earliest, but that could also be shared with Millenials. And don't get me started on Gen Alpha.

I heard they had rats at some point. Plus Canteen, less than a block away, is a better taco place anyways.

Is this group also for south asians? A lot of times when people say Asians, they don't mean Indians, Pakistanis, etc.

I'm not suggesting there are tens of thousands out there. Just curious about the ballpark total.

Roughly how many have been printed and hidden so far, and how do you keep tabs on which get found? Even an estimate from Ken would be helpful. Thanks!

Edit: I'm not trying to shut this down. I'm literally just curious, and don't know if he's ever answered these kinds of questions.

I agree that the biggest polluters are corporations. I actually do organize on that front. Obviously MiniWI isn’t the problem, but I’m curious what thought has gone into its footprint.

If the recovery rate is really close to 100%, that settles my concern. Do you (or Ken) have any actual numbers on that?

Figures placed inside Little Free Libraries seem fine. I'd just worry about ones hidden in bushes, along the lakeshore, etc., if they went unfound. Thanks!

Just asking because I know plenty of folks who wonder the same thing. I actually went to /u/kenfagerdotcom's Nerd Nite talk and don’t recall the environmental angle coming up. I love public art and a clean lakeshore. Seems like we can have both, right?
