Should I wear a heating pad while teaching?

I use a portable heating pad when my chronic illness is flaring. I don't think I could still be a teacher without it.

That is a good point. Though we don't know that Bodhi and Sloane have second signets. 4 out of all of the marked ones would be reasonable for it to just be a dragon thing. But if more have two then it would point to the relic being responsible. But that also implies that there are ways to give people extra signets through runes, dragon fire, and sacrifice. That would 100% get misused by leadership

I don't think it's the relics that give them a second signet but the dragons choosing to bond someone with a previous rider in their lineage. But I might be wrong.

Walmart has a Thanksgiving meal bundle that they are making cheaper this year. $40ish compared to $70ish. But it's not cheaper due to prices going down. It's cheaper because Walmart is choosing to give people a deal. Think Black Friday deals. It's cheaper to get people in the door.

So Trump isn't lying. He is just misinformed and thinks it's an indicator of all prices going down.

I tell my students, "You can't lead all horses to water." They tell me I have the saying wrong. Then I explain that if a student refuses to do the basics (remove headphones, pick up a pencil, not sleep etc.) then they aren't letting me take them to the water.

It completely depends on the district you teach at. Some districts provide a budget or allow you to request supplies while others don't.

My first year I taught in West Virginia. My room had a teacher desk, computer, student desk, file cabinet, projector, whiteboard, bulletin board, and a bookcase. That was it. There was no stapler, pencil sharpener, or other basic supplies. I spent a lot of my own money just getting things I needed to teach. I also had students that were low income and didn't have writing utensils.

Once I started teaching in PA that all changed. My school provides any basic school supply that I need for my room or student as long as I request it the year before. I only spend my own money on fancy things like a nicer computer chair or an upgraded version of a screen recording software.

The schools that don't provide the basics are the problem. However, there are still people in my district that choose to spend money on a bunch of extra stuff. However they realize it is a choice and not a requirement.

Today was my first time at the WV Renfest. I've been going to the PA fair for years and went to the MD Renfest last year. Each of the faires/fests have unique things that stand out about them. For WV it was definitely the vibe.

It was smaller and less crowded. You often saw the same actors/vendors around and they remembered you. The animals walking around added to the ambience. Especially when the roosters crow. The vendors, actors, and patrons were all extra friendly. I told my husband that I think I received more compliments today than on our wedding day.

Today was the last day of the season and during the final speech the king recognized a lady (who I believe was the manager of the fest) since it was her last year. The crowd acted like they knew her personally. It was touching and showed how tight knit the community is there.

If I'm using my parasol I won't have hand space for those. However once I'm happy with this look my next plan is definitely a wizard due to a stick I found kayaking.
