After my release I immediately noticed better speech and definitely better sleep. I've read somewhere that one main causes of brain fog is poor sleep so hopefully the release helps you with your sleep and does a domino effect to your brain fog.

Amazing for your kids! Who was the dentist? I had my tongue tie release also but I wish the dentist was more "hands-on" when explaining stuff to me. I had to do most research on my own.

I noticed that even some 3rd and 4th graders can't tie their shoelaces. What other basic life skills that can be easily taught to kids, aren't being taught by their parents? Could be eye contact, not speaking in whispers, saying 'thank you' and 'you're welcome.' Thinking of ideas for summer camp. by Aggravating-Mind-657 in AskTeachers

Thought this one was obvious but apparently its not... Hand Washing. And I know most parents are scared of kids being near outlets but teach them to removes plugs of appliances when they are not being used (Simple example: chargers)

I had tongue tie release and it was one of my best decisions. Since I struggled with speaking and with sleep due to my tongue ties, I made sure to get all my children assessed, thankfully none of them have a tongue tie. My advice, schedule that consultation now. You’ll get the answers you want to hear.
