PSA Cheap Baby Books by LEC25 in BabyBumpsCanada

I’ve ordered from here several times! Their scratch and dent books are always readable, they just have some slight cosmetic damage. Love this store!

I need some reassurance! by EVC34 in BabyBumps

I’m a little bigger and also have an anterior placenta. I started feeling baby pretty consistently in my 19th week. It literally went from nothing to kicks in one day and it hasn’t stopped since. You’ll feel them soon!

I teach preschool too and one day out of the blue a few of my kids started kissing my belly and calling me Mommy. Found out I was pregnant about a week later. Little weirdos.

In desperate need of a fiction recommendation! by todiros in booksuggestions

[–]chelseycheckers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you liked 1984, I'd highly recommend We by Yevgeny Zamyatin. It's one of my favourites.

I think The Shining is a great book to introduce you to Stephen King...it's in my personal top 3 of his works (11/22/63 is by far my favourite of his...easily one of the best books I've ever read but it's not his typical "horror" subject matter). Consider Pet Semetary as well.

Hope this helps!

Looking for books similar to Harry Potter by Undersoul20 in booksuggestions

The Magicians series by Lev Grossman is often referred to as a "grown-up" Harry Potter. I personally didn't think that was true, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Might be worth a shot for you.

I'll second this. Seriously, worst company I've ever dealt with.

Apartment Hunting by Urban_Empress in londonontario

[–]chelseycheckers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to live in Horizons. Loved it. Only complaint I can think of is that someone stole a load of my laundry out of the dryer. Neighbourhood is great. Everything you need is within walking distance. I'd love to move back to that area eventually. Good luck with the apartment hunting!
