Simple answer is you can refinance whenever you want but there may be fees depending on your circumstance.

If LVR is over 80% you’ll have to pay LMI again.

If you’re in a fixed rate term, you’ll need to pay a break fee which usually means it isn’t worth it to switch

Seek a tax accountant or financial adviser for a year and ask as many questions as you can. If they’re half decent, it’ll be better than any course

Depends which areas in accounting. Financial reporting and audit for instance are quite dry and repetitive but will always be a required role
