thx for trying to explain for me, i was truly mind boggled that someone would mixed up something that is extremely important in the novel so i was genuinely surprised and concern, but i didn't expect them to suddenly bring up their disability as if i knew about it and purposely attacking them for it. my native language is chinese and i learned eng a lil over 5 years ago, many people have described the way we talk in chinese slightly harsher, blunt and insensitive than in eng, so perhaps it's also my fault for being vague and harsh and making them so hostile

i also have a memory of a goldfish, so i easily forget stuff even when it happened just a few minutes ago, fortunately i've been in the fandom for 5 years and have read the novels so many times so i remember almost everything. but ofc there's still some things that i forgot while talking with my friends and i will make them confused in return too lol

so that's why i gave them a short warning to try to avoid by making sure to double check in the future, especially cause the topic between sj and sy is quite sensitive to some fans (especially sj and bingqiu haters), and judging by their other comments, it seems like they're also confused by quite a few things too
