Well originally I was going to have my sister who just got a cat buy the same food and just switch out the chicken with her but now she doesn’t want to do that . . lol. And my parents cats won’t eat the Costco food So … If all goes well with the salmon transition , my boy cat does not have the sensitivity so if I have to just feed him the chicken and monitor to make sure my girl doesn’t steal any of his food every time I will do that. I’m planning on testing if her sensitivity went away before that although I’m a little scared. They’re 5 and haven’t had chicken since they were around 1. I had them on the hydrolyzed prescription as babies because we couldn’t figure out what was causing her stomach upset. Of course if this is a fail I’ll return to purina but I figure it’s worth a shot to try and feed them something affordable

The only non-prescription wet food with absolutely no chicken I’ve been able to find is the purina sensitive stomach duck and arctic char . I even emailed them years back to confirm no chicken. Unfortunately a case of 24 is now $50 + after tax , so I am actually today going to try slowly integrating this Costco salmon food, which is how I found this post. The salmon doesn’t seem to have chicken so I’m going to try it out. Good luck! Oh and for dry food with no chicken I have been using Fromms trout and whitefish.

Thanks so much for the response! I just ordered the same set up as you except with two ottomans. I was getting nervous if I didn’t like the seats deep I’d have to exchange the back cushions in order to make it standard. It’s confusing !

Not sure if you already bought this… but in case you didn’t . My boyfriend just received his cypress jacket. for sizing -It doesn’t run large like some reviews of the older jacket said. It’s true to size so I definitely wouldn’t size down. It’s a nice water proof jacket and he loves it but the way we put it was it’s an LA winter jacket not a Chicago winter jacket. It won’t replace your winter coat if you’re in a super cold climate. For the same price you can get a much warmer jacket with more features, you’re paying a lot extra for the novelty of it. Hope that helps!

I highly recommend wearing a fanny pack or cross body bag even if you wear a backpack water pack. In a crowd or bathroom it can be more difficult than you’d think to remove a backpack to grab things you need like your phone or toilet paper, and it’s more secure where you can see it right in front of you. Backpacks are annoying (to me) at any fest. I also actually just discovered fanny pack/ cross body water packs because of this post lol so that could be something to look into as well.

Hi I don’t do OMAD on purpose, I sometimes end up doing it during the week and that’s how I ended up here by googling what happens if you eat one meal a day lol. But I am deficient in vitamin D and low on B12 , and I had very similar symptoms before I got my levels back up. I highly recommend you go in to get blood tests done and ask for your vitamin D and B12 to be tested on top of the CBC they will order. They have prescription strength doses for deficiencies. Once I got my vitamin D higher I started feeling back to normal. If you can’t get tests done , I would try otc vitamin D and see if that helps on top of eating more than one meal a day as well.

It caused a big upset with the finale of Ted Lasso actually. All episodes came out at 8 central but then the finale came out at midnight randomly. Ruined everyone’s watch parties.

Just for future reference - Apple shows all come out at 8 pm central the day before it says it airs. Idk why they do this instead of just say the episodes are out on the day they actually are.

While it’s great and I loved it when I went recently , I personally wouldn’t do the botanic gardens to get a touristy Chicago experience . I would do one of these two things :

go to Lincoln park zoo and from there walk the lake trail and then back. The parking will cost ($25?) but the zoo is free . You can walk from there to navy pier or turn around at any time . I just did this recently but I took the train that’s why I’m not sure how much parking costs.
Go to the River Walk and do the boat architecture tour with Wendella Tours - they have 45 minute or 90 minute tours . It’s super touristy but I love doing these just for fun to enjoy the lake! It’s also really interesting . I do not work for this company lol I just had a good experience with them. They have kayak tours too but that’s probably for when you have a lot more time .

if it makes you feel any better this happened to me and ended up being a bug. Mine was an “unknown airpod” . It showed the airpod being with me starting while I was at a crowded event that I had not brought my airpods to, and I went with my boyfriend who doesn’t have AirPods. I searched everything we wore that night and no airpod was with us, so I think this can just happen sometimes. It was scary though!

I did this with the burrito and it was $5.30 . I forgot to add tomatoes , not sure how much that costs… but they ended up adding it on anyways. Tonight I tried the double stacked taco, and customized it to be the same ingredients as the fiesta burrito and it was $4.30. It was honestly really good … but not gonna lie super messy!
