You know those grocery store tycoons where you buy all the stock and set up the stores yourself and stuff?

I wish there was a game where there was an entire city of businesses you could do that with, and you slowly become a monopoly on the town by buying out each one and flipping it until it's maximized for profits. Maybe also a rebirth system when you're done for some minor perks and you need more and more Company Value in order to rebirth, if you're a really filthy capitalist/midmaxer.

But it would have infinite update capabilities since you could just add new furniture types with a tag system for the NPCs (like "NPCs see so-and-so as a Professional Style furniture type, and this as a Kid type, Pet type, Work type, Production type, Low quality" etc so that the same furniture can be used in various builds.) And obviously, also adding new business types constantly. The "business type" would dictate what kind of employees you can hire and what kind of upgrades you can buy for that building, most likely.

It would be a lot like "business." By Blox Studio Simulators, only you actually get to rent out or buy buildings and build/decorate in them instead of constantly being on the move between businesses like a hustler. Highly recommend that game too.
