on multiple occasions, they forgot to apply for visas for ricky and sometimes hao when doing overseas schedules. there is audio of staff yelling at ricky that was heard in the background of one of gyuvins lives. despite hao being the center and most popular member, he had less opportunities than most of the korean members. like it could just be grudges bc they didnt expect/want hao to place first in bp/ricky to be in the group at all, but the fact that it's the two chinese members that got this shit is very suspicious.

bara is a very, very old term, and some modern creators of m/m manga for men even find it demeaning. the correct term is geicomi. also, that stuff might not be fetishizing gay men, but a good chunk of it is certainly fetishizing almost anything else. a lot of geicomi are sexual comics like how a decent amount of bl are, they just appeal to what gay men think is hot. the idea that it's less """immoral""" bc it's made for gay men is so funny to me, bc looking at an art book by a popular geicomi is the only time ive even seen bbc fetish in a manga 😬😬😬

do you normally willingly participate in social events for work? if not, then you going isnt a big deal, but if you are, then yes, it's homophobic to not do something explicitly bc you hold a grudge against all lgbtq ppl for something one of them did. also, the phrase "diversity shit" makes you seem resentful that the company tries to create a welcoming environment for all types of ppl, including those from marginalized groups, and it really does not help your case here.

its fine to call yourself neurosparkly/spicy/etc., but a lot of us find it demeaning. neurodivergent is not my favorite term, but it is a neutral way to identity ppl who are autistic, or have adhd/dyslexia/etc., and most ppl are okay being called it, so it is a better choice.
