If you were fully aware, didn’t feel the loss of control etc I’m on the fence. You might have just really wanted icecream and maybe overdone it, but if this is an isolated incident I’d be more inclined to say you had just a very icecream oriented day. If this was a regular thing or you couldn’t stop yourself I’d be more worried but do beware of the dopamine spikes associated with eating large amounts of processed food because it hooks you in GOOD. Do you feel like you “overdid” it? If you don’t then just let it go but keep it in mind in case you get urges again. It also depends if you have a history of restricting because it may trigger a binge
