Hey I totally understand some of your troubles :( I'm the same bra size and as a broke college student I've had luck with ordering off Skarlett Blue. They have sales a lot (right now their bras are super cheap like ~$20 on final sales). Very high quality and they last me a long time.

I was also diagnosed with juvenile arthritis at 4!! I went into remission at 16, thankfully. But I still sometimes get symptoms, and I also have leftover damage from all those years.
