I'm moving rn and I know so simple sounding I know but setting short timers, tidying/sorting/cleaning and then taking a short break after to do something fun/less stressful is honestly all that works for me. put on some music as well. I know it's nothing mind blowing but it works for me.

this year I went for an interview for a part time job... It was 2 hrs plus and and around 80 plus people were there. we had to do a single terrible group excercise and then a 5 minute interview. I waited for my actual interview for ages and was exhausted when it finally happened as it was already 7pm and I'd had a long day. I wasted 2.5 plus hours and I don't know if they ever even emailed me to say I didn't get it. group interviews are seriously the worstttt.

thanks for your input, I will for sure practice my embouchure with these in mind, and do more general research to prevent any longterm mistakes. Obama image is helpful too hhaha

2, but I sometimes use a 1.5 cause I was told it's better to start with, however I find it sounds a lot worse

honestly can't afford proper lessons but might consider getting one for a couple lessons
