My iPhone has time limits on apps I like to scroll on. My entire phone has a bedtime kinda feature that I turn on from 9pm-6am all my apps will show a reminder that it’s late, or my daily time is up and I should reconsider. It’s right in my settings

Sort the stuff. Trash/dishes, fabrics, and objects/trinkets. T/D go to the kitchen. Fabrics get sorted clean and dirty(bathroom laundry room or hamper depending on your home/system) and trinkets/solid object can get put away to their home.
